Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Development of business and marketing plans, including value proposition, for assigned products/offers/services; Involves participation in the evaluation of market research, market positioning, promotions associated with assigned scope.

• Developing specialized knowledge of latest commercial developments in own area and communication skills to influence others. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.

• Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

• Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.

• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma / GED with equivalent years of work experience.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the cardiology domain, experience of working on the client side within an cardiology service line either in a clinical or administrative role will be a distinct advantage.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Downstream Marketing in the medical device industry.

• Experience in developing and implementing broad based marketing campaigns including contemporary digital marketing expertise

• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with a track record of successfully influencing horizontally and vertically across a complex matrix organization

• This is a global marketing position. The candidate could work remotely or from any GEHC location/office in USA in central or east cost region. This position will require travels in the USA and globally (an average of 3-5+ days a month).

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $114,240.00-$171,360.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
