Distribution Coordinator

Eurpac is seeking a Distribution Coordinator to join our office in Dallas, Texas.

Responsible for receiving all Dallas Office packages: USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon, local delivery, and trucking companies that come to the distribution center on the side of the building. Receptionist will notify Distribution Coordinator of any packages received at front desk.

• Responsible to ship out all packages for Dallas Office and meet the agreed upon deadlines given by the various business unit personnel.

SCOPE:

• 70+ employees in Eurpac Dallas Office

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive all packages delivered to Dallas office and notify recipient of what was received. Deliver small packages to employee’s office while larger packages will be stored in showroom.
• Ship out all Dallas office packages using the most efficient transportation service.
• Provide Dallas accounting monthly shipping detail that is used to invoice Eurpac clients for reimbursement.
• Print ESCOcom monthly display packages, put them in envelopes and then mail out to field personnel.
• Update ESCOcom mail bin slots with the most current addresses and names.
• Make sure ESCOex mailing labels are up to date.
• Work with Xerox, UPS, Quadient and other repair personnel.
• Order various supplies such as copier paper, toner for Xerox, boxes, and other distribution supplies.
• Pick-up Sam’s order that was placed by receptionist.
• Pick-up needed boxes from merchant when needed for special mailings.
• Coordinate Iron Mountain monthly secured shred service.
• Responsible for filling soda machine and conference room with appropriate beverages.
• Deliver packages to post office in the event mail service was interrupted on that day or office was closed prior to mail person arriving.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

• Work directly with the 70+ Dallas Office employees
• Work directly with various delivery and service personnel
• Work indirectly with ESCOex & ESCOcom field personnel working remotely
