Tap into the professional possibilities of Enterprise Products Company.This role is responsible for the after-hours customer operational support relating to nominations, confirmations, and allocations for transportation on natural gas pipelines. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work an after-hours shift consisting of Mon-Fri (1:00pm-10:00pm) and Sat-Sun (8:00am-10:00pm) followed by 7 days off.
- Develop an understanding of the daily operational distribution processes related to the transportation of gas. This includes nominations, confirmations, allocations, curtailments, EBBs, OBAs, and imbalances.
- Complete the daily NAESB confirmation cycles accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate and effectively communicate with customers, counterparties, and schedulers to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with external and internal customers.
- Become a proficient user of GFlow and the systems of our counterparties.
- Provide pertinent information to morning distribution team.
- Review inventory data and generate reports as needed.
- Participate in team projects.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Ability to train in the office during business hours for the first three months.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (including Excel, Word & PowerPoint) is preferred.
- Ability to develop/maintain critical relationships both internally and externally across diverse stakeholder groups on a 24/7 basis when needed.
- Self-motivated individual with the willingness/ability to work in a high energy environment.
- Ability to think strategically to optimize Enterprise assets to maximize financial and growth objectives.
