We are searching for a Distribution Center Coordinator to join our Team!

As a DC Coordinator, you will be responsible for the accurate receipt, shipment, storage and production process of materials according to all established Company and regulatory policies and procedures. In this role, you will encompass processing customer orders while maintaining accurate records, while also responding to customer inquiries about product pricing, availability and scheduled deliveries.
How will you impact our organization on a daily basis?
- Ensure accurate and timely receipt and shipping of all materials following FIFO, potential freight claim procedures while supporting all freight and safety policies.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory through daily/weekly cycle counts and variance analysis.
- Pull and assemble customer orders and check outbound orders for accuracy/completeness.
- Serve as a liaison for warehouse transaction requests, e.g. customer service, AP, and purchasing.
- Work with the Warehouse Manager to maximize efficiency on freight spend.
- Serve as a customer contact and delivers Stellar Service through problem resolution and organizational support.
- Maintain accurate pricing in MXP by communicating with Sales and customers, confirming price support and updating records accurately; provide basic price quotes.
- Perform inventory Cycle Counts and variance reporting.
- Understand and comply with applicable government regulations (US: DOT, EPA, OSHAP and specific HS&E requirements, including the Driver and Warehouse Manual.
- Actively coordinate, participate and support Composites One Safety culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a warehouse environment required.
- Experience with order picking, shipping, receiving, inventory counts, pick/pack required.
- Knowledge and understanding of FIFO, OSHA requirements, safety awareness and hazardous material shipping required.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Non-retail Customer Service experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Must be proficient in MS Office software.
- Must be familiar with near-miss and MSDS reports, UPS, FedEx, and dedicated Logistics systems.
