We are seeking a unique individual who can perform multiple tasks to join our team. This is part time but will lead to full time with the right candidate. Someone who is detail-oriented, a quick learner, hardworking and customer friendly. You will answer calls, work on scheduling/dispatching jobs and assisting with customer inquiries. Social media posting weekly and website editing when needed. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for performing account reconciliations, and assisting with payroll. As a dispatcher, you will utilize the Service Fusion software to create and invoice jobs as well as scheduling the technicians daily.
Responsibilities
- Perform general bookkeeping duties including reconciliation, ensure accuracy of transactions, paying bills and invoicing
- Assist with payroll processing, including calculating hours worked and deductions
- Answer customer inquiries
- Post/market the company on social media and maintain the website as needed
- Customer service is a top priority to treat our customers with respect and friendly demeanor
Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and dispatching software (Service Fusion)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
