Daily job duties include:
- Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed.
- Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in.
- Maintain the on call schedule for service technicians.
- Maintain customer database with current information.
- Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced Customer Service Skills.
- Ability to multi-task, Organizational Skills.
- Geographical knowledge of service area, knowledge of Plumbing industry is required.
- Computer skills a must as you will be using MS word and Data Entry software
- Service Titan experience recommended
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Background and Drug Screening will be done before an offer is made.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
