Kosciusko Connect LLC is a growing broadband service provider and a subsidiary of Kosciusko REMC. We are building a state-of-the-art fiber network to bring high-speed internet to rural Kosciusko County. We offer residential and business internet, VoIP, Ethernet, and dedicated services. Our customers enjoy best-in-class hardware and mobile applications to help manage their networks. We started connecting internet customers in December 2021 and currently have over 8,200 fiber customers!

Job Summary

We are excited to hire a Customer Service Representative-Dispatcher for our Kosciusko Connect team! Are you passionate about providing exceptional telephone Customer Service and have the ability to exhibit patience? Excellent communication skills are a must. Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, challenging environment and have the ability to multi-task? We need someone with excellent data entry skills and a high level of accuracy.

Hourly Pay Range: $22.28-$24.61

Education

· High school graduate or equivalent required.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities, Knowledge, and Skills

· Exceptional telephone Customer Service and personal communications skills are a must. Bilingual skills would be helpful. Three years of Customer Service experience is required.

· Three years of experience in an office environment is required.

· Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.

· The ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment with the ability to multi-task while managing competing priorities is a must.

· Ability to remain calm under stress, exhibit patience, and have conflict-resolution skills are key.

· Must be able to communicate positively with internal and external contacts.

· Adequate data entry skills with a high level of accuracy are essential.

· You must be able to learn current and new procedures.

· Experience dispatching and working with technicians or service/construction crews is a plus.

Requirements

· You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, have a valid driver's license, and reside within a 45-minute commute to the Kosciusko REMC/Connect headquarters in Warsaw, Indiana. Our hours are 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. with a half-hour lunch.
