We have helped 100,000+ individuals experience relief – and we're just getting started. We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, patient, and detail oriented Customer Service rep to join our team. Must have strong phone etiquette and email writing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer daily phone calls from customers regarding product, troubleshooting, billing etc.
- Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items.
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering compassionate and patient assistance and support.
- Recognize opportunities to upsell our product.
- Build strong relationships with customers that aid in customer retention.
- Assist with processing returns sent to the office.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Ability to Relocate:
- Rexburg, ID 83440: Relocate before starting work (Required)
