Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and provide exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Schedule and dispatch our Skilled Technician to meet our customers’ demands.
• Utilize your excellent communication skills to effectively convey information, and provide resolutions, to our customers and Technicians.
• Bring a positive and energetic attitude to every customer interaction, making sure to spread joy and create a memorable experience.
• Use your knowledge of the service call to close out service tickets and properly invoice our customers for the outstanding service we provided.
• Embrace and contribute to our fun and positive work environment, keeping morale high and fostering teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and personable manner.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and order processing.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude that brings energy to the team and customers.
• Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
