Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative. In this in-person role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient coordination of our services and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Job Assignment: Skillfully manage multiple service requests, dispatch resources, and ensure swift responses while delivering top-tier customer service over the phone.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with field personnel, customers, and internal team members.
• Tech Proficiency: Utilize our innovative dispatch software and Microsoft Office suite to handle service requests, track resources, and maintain meticulous records, collaborating within a team to optimize operations.
• Customer Service: Engage with customers over the phone courteously and professionally, providing expert assistance, addressing inquiries, and swiftly resolving issues to uphold stellar customer satisfaction.
• Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to service delivery, communicating effectively with both customers and field staff.
• Documentation: Accurately record and maintain detailed information related to service requests, dispatch activities, and customer interactions.

• Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for efficient data management, communication, and collaborative teamwork.

• Reliable: Demonstrates reliability and punctuality.
• Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computer systems and software.
• Experience: Previous experience in dispatching or customer service roles is an advantage.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with dispatching software and communication tools.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
