As a full-time Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep at Atlantic Refrigeration, your typical workweek runs from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This consistent schedule ensures you have the perfect balance between work and personal life.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As a Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep, your day is a blend of answering incoming calls with a warm smile, efficiently dispatching our skilled technicians to the right job, and handling administrative tasks like a pro. You are the backbone of our client-facing operations, ensuring our clients receive the top-notch service they expect. With a focus on preventative maintenance coordination, your organizational skills shine. Collaboration is key as you work seamlessly with various departments to optimize service delivery.
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- CRM / ERP information system experience (ServiceTitan preferred)
