Supreme Energy, an established HVAC company located in Weymouth, MA, has an immediate opening for a HVAC Customer Service Scheduler & Dispatcher.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following; receive service requests via phone, record service requests in our dispatch system, create and assign work orders to service technicians, follow up with service technicians, communicate with customers, follow up on service requests, update customer files with notes, schedule preventative maintenance tasks, process customer information into database and assist in processing and maintaining accounts receivables (invoices, payments, statements), and perform other Customer Service activities as directed.
