Job Summary:
Are you organized, can provide great customer service, and are skilled in managing logistics? We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a FULL TIME Dispatcher/Customer Support Person. In this role, you will be working from 7am-3pm, Monday through Friday, playing a vital part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations, coordinating the timely dispatch of resources, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
· Dispatch Operations: Efficiently manage and prioritize incoming service requests, dispatching field technicians and resources to customer location based on urgency and availability.
· Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction with a friendly and professional demeanor.
· Scheduling and Coordination: Maintain a well-organized schedule, managing routes to minimize travel time, and maximize productivity.
· Team Communication: Collaborate with field technicians, management, and other office staff to make smoother effective communication and problem-solving.
· Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and general office duties.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
· Previous Experience: Proven experience in office administration, customer service, or dispatch operations is desirable. High school diploma, at minimum, is required.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
· Organization and Multitasking: Strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple task and priorities efficiently.
· Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with office software (Google Sheets, Excel, Word) and the ability to learn new software systems.
· Problem Solving Skills: A resourceful and proactive approach to resolving issues and finding solutions.
· Availability: This shift is from 7am-3pm Monday through Friday with the flexibility to work different shifts to accommodate business if needed .

Candidates must be willing to pass a background check and drug screening.
