Duties & Expectations:
- Creative oversight on cocktail menus and all relevant costing measures.
- Complete all weekly beverage orders.
- Oversee Assistant Bar Manager on training of new bartenders.
- Delegate and oversee beverage inventory sheet biweekly so that it is correctly reported to Scott Selix.
- Day-to-day Toast updates
- Upload all menu changes
- Ensure items are on/off/86’d for each shift
- Coach FOH staff constructively and positively
- Assist with pre-shift meetings as determined by the Assistant General Manager
- Assist in keeping staff information boards up to date
- Attend all FOH L10 meetings
- Maintain a positive attitude with coworkers, management, and all back-of-house staff
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Oversee, support, and coach FOH staff respectfully and effectively
- Maintain positive communication with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager
- Develop relationships with the guests to personalize and anticipate service needs
- Handle all customer service issues within the scope of Either/Or’s core values

Compensation
- $50,000 salary, paid bi-weekly on Fridays plus participation in Leadership Bonus Program
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in cocktail creation and/or craft beer preferred.
- Must be efficient, accurate, and responsible with monetary transactions
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Required to work weekends
- Must be 21+
