We are seeking a dispatcher / customer service representative for our office in Louisville, KY. Position is fully on-site and will work evenings and/or overnights. The selected candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment drug screen.
Job Description:
Our dispatchers directly communicate with drivers to update our tracking systems. Dispatchers also have to verify locations of trailers as requested. The set starting pay is $17 an hour. Candidates who have an open schedule availability are preferred.
Schedule : Evenings / Overnights
- Update dispatch systems (data entry)
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and 3PLs
- Respond to emails
- Communicate with drivers over the phone
- Must have basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is helpful
- Experience in customer service (office environment) or a call center preferred.
- Logistics / trucking experience is helpful but not required.
