Dispatcher/Customer Service

We are seeking a dispatcher / customer service representative for our office in Louisville, KY. Position is fully on-site and will work evenings and/or overnights. The selected candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment drug screen.

Job Description:

Our dispatchers directly communicate with drivers to update our tracking systems. Dispatchers also have to verify locations of trailers as requested. The set starting pay is $17 an hour. Candidates who have an open schedule availability are preferred.

Schedule : Evenings / Overnights

• Update dispatch systems (data entry)
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and 3PLs
• Respond to emails
• Communicate with drivers over the phone
• Must have basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel is helpful
• Experience in customer service (office environment) or a call center preferred.
• Logistics / trucking experience is helpful but not required.
