Seeking Dispatcher / Office Manager
We are searching for a highly organized and communicative candidate to fill a hybrid office manager and dispatcher role for a small mechanical contractor in the Charlotte, NC area. The ideal applicant will have at least 5 years of relevant experience successfully handling a variety of critical business functions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and routing for field technicians
- Monitoring field operations and technician performance
- Managing purchase orders
- Building client relationships and addressing client needs
- General office management

- Experience with scheduling and dispatch software

Position Details:
- Full-time schedule from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
- Flexibility required at times to be on-call outside standard hours
