- Monday through Friday (AM Shift)
- Starting pay - $23.00-$25.00 per hour.

- Provides clerical and administrative support to facility to ensure accomplishment of dispatch business objective.
- Ensure that processes and record keeping requirements are completed in an accurate, timely, and confidential manner.
- Provide routine information exchange and apply administrative follow-through regarding defined policies and procedures, V.I.R. (Vehicle Inspection Reports), daily manifests, error tracking, daily performance reports and reporting initiatives for individuals in and outside Dispatch.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports; maintaining records and files; coordination and organization of employee functions; and special projects as assigned.
- Communicates with customers and / or suppliers by telephone and e-mail.
- Creates and processes reports and/or replacement orders using spreadsheet, database, analytical/critical thinking, word processing and other software programs.
- Two to four years DOT experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. (Preferred Pivot table & VLOOKUP experience)
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
- Speaking and understanding the Spanish language is preferred.
