Job Description
Family owned established plumbing company in Roseville for 40+ years, has a full-time opening for an experienced Dispatcher-Office Coordinator. This position is responsible for answering the phone, setting up appointments, following up with customers, dispatching the plumbers/technicians to the jobs, receiving parts when delivered, and other duties as assigned. The Office Coordinator responsibility includes updating our incentive plan spreadsheet, assisting the Office Manager as needed with office related tasks such as A/P, A/R and filing. Entering invoices, sales receipts and taking payments in Quickbooks Online is a plus. Our office is small and there will only be two people in the office. We treat each other like family, but we also do not bring our drama to work. (This is not a remote position.)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Experience with appointment/calendar software
Computer experience - i.e. ability to type, move freely between windows to find information and complete tasks. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks is a plus.
