What You'll Do
Reporting to the Vice President of Global Transformation Enablement, this role is part of the Business Process Management (BPM) Center of Excellence (COE). Business Process Management (BPM) capability for Aristocrat is a collaborative approach to managing and improving our processes, providing context for our leadership team, and laying the foundation for scalable transformation. This capability will help position our business to prepare for and thrive through the changes ahead and ensure we can fully deliver our growth strategy and potential. The BPM CoE facilitates the following:
• Provide process support (including Business Process Architecture consultation).
• Define, manage, and implement governance.
• Drive capability building across Aristocrat by building Process mindset.
• Measuring capability growth via BPM maturity assessments along the way.
The Director, Transformation BPM will be deeply involved in Business Process Management on transformations at an enterprise-level and key business initiatives, serving three lines of business and group function leadership teams, globally. In execution, this role will serve as a practitioner and key team member within the BPM CoE.
The Director, Transformation BPM will have an established record of well-managed, complex initiatives that have been delivered on time, on budget, and on quality. To be successful in the role, the practitioner will need to be someone who can thrive in an unstructured, collaborative environment and can distil complex problems into actionable work and help drive projects to completion.
The ideal candidate for this role will have deep experience in cross-functional team leadership, management consulting (internal or external), with a strong background in process analysis, improvement, and management. This role is central to the execution of the corporate strategy over the next few years and will require a focus on both successful transformation and on supporting the maturity of Aristocrat's BPM capability.
This role will be based in the US as a hybrid role in Las Vegas, NV and may require travel to our global offices such as Sydney and the UK, as needed. It is expected that the Director, Transformation BPM will be a high performing team member, constantly set program enablement and delivery benchmarks, and actively participates in shaping the direction and improvement of Transformation Enablement team performance over time.

Job Requirements (What you'll do)
Business Process Management
• Support the execution of Aristocrat's BPM CoE roadmap.
• Coordinate Business Process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Oversee all aspects related to the implementation stages of Business Process improvement initiatives. • Analyze and monitor implemented changes to Business Processes and adjust as needed.
• Monitor and support process stakeholders with process performance identification and analysis and improvements.
• Support benchmarking activities with process stakeholders.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in the BPM discipline.
• Mentor less experienced team members.
• Share best practices and experiences from prior transactions.
BPM CoE Success
• Contributes to and helps mature the Business Process Management discipline as part of our BPM CoE maturity journey.
• Mobilizes, leads, and trains virtual and in-person teams and manages to schedule and deliverables.
• Creates highly effective partnerships, including regular clarification of roles and responsibilities, across teams.
• Supports governance process and communication plans to keep stakeholders updated; this requires identifying and establishing partnerships with stakeholders in the business and functions.
• Deliver on key milestones and deliverables with urgency.
• Monitors progress against goals / facilitates reviews.
• Creates content for management and target presentations and reports on BPM plans and status.
Qualifications (What we're looking for)
Required/Minimum Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in BPM to include:
  • supporting process architecture management within a centralized process repository in line with defined governance.
  • facilitation of large, cross-functional process discovery sessions, improvement recommendations, prioritization, and management of improvement pipelines.

• Advanced knowledge of the BPM function / discipline and demonstrated application of knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• BPM qualifications / certifications such as ABPMP Certified Business Process Leader (CBPL) together with advanced BPMN certification highly desired.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt required with demonstrated improvement experience.
• Deep experience with process modelling software such as SAP Signavio, ARIS, or equivalent.
• Strong program and project management skills.
• Cross-functional team leadership experience and management consulting (internal or external), preferably within the technology, media or telecommunications sectors.
• Strong experience in workshop facilitation and presentation to include experience developing, planning, and delivering training sessions.
• Relevant degree qualifications.
• Experience with governance of BPM in a large, global organization.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and across geographies.
• Team building and team leadership.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading change; qualified change practitioner preferred.
