What You'll Do:
- Drive collaboration with the Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Finance teams to shape and execute revenue growth plans
- Develop and implement robust Lead-to-Cash processes to maximize efficiency and accuracy in the sales cycle
- Take charge of reporting on the sales pipeline—track progress, pinpoint trends and fine-tune conversion rates
- Create and implement sales forecasting models, offering clear visibility into revenue performance for informed decision making, supporting sales leadership
- Oversee territory planning, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and sales strategies
- Design and administer commission plans that motivate, incentivize high performance and align with business goals
- Develop and implement dynamic processes and tools, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and overall revenue performance
- Continuously assess and elevate the technology and systems steering Revenue Operations
- Uphold data accuracy and integrity across all revenue-related systems and processes
Desired Experience & Skills:
- A substantial track record in Revenue Operations
- Expertise in Lead-to-Cash management
- Proven experience in territory planning and sales forecasting, alongside a deep understanding of commission plans and SPIFs
- Mastery of Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ, with the ability to harness their full potential in streamlining operations
- Strategic mindset with an analytical approach to problem-solving
- Impeccable leadership and communication skills
Salary range: $160,000 - $180,000
