The Revenue Operations Director will play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining our revenue-generating processes. This individual will be responsible for bringing people, data, and processes together under a cohesive revenue strategy and performance tracking structure. The role incumbent will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to enhance efficiency, drive revenue growth, and ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience. 
What you'll do:

    • Process Optimization:
    • Evaluate and enhance current revenue processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Streamline workflows and implement best practices to drive productivity across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

    • Strategic Advisory Role:
    • Act as the trusted strategic advisor to the VP of Sales, providing insights, recommendations, and support on strategic initiatives.
    • Collaborate closely with sales leadership, offering proactive support and strategic guidance.

    • Revenue Operations Leadership:
    • Own the end-to-end GTM planning cycle for the assigned vertical, including ICP definition, territory creation, and input on compensation plan design and quota setting.
    • Drive performance monitoring and optimization through data-driven metrics, reporting, and insights across the customer lifecycle.

    • Operational Excellence and Connectivity:
    • Serve as the connective tissue for the GTM motion, fostering collaboration across stakeholders such as marketing, sales, and product teams.
    • Establish and drive operational excellence cadence for the vertical, including forecasting and metrics to ensure repeatability and outcome-based execution.

    • Data Analysis and Insights:
    • Generate business insights through advanced analytics and data mining to enhance the Revenue GTM strategy and support fact-based decision-making.
    • Leverage data meaningfully to identify opportunities, risks, and bottlenecks across the customer lifecycle.

    • Technology Integration and Process Automation:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy technology and automate key processes, increasing efficiency and allowing sellers more time with customers and partners.

What you'll bring
    • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, sales operations, or a related role.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM and other revenue-related technologies (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Familiarity with SaaS business models is advantageous
$130,000 - $200,000 a year

The expected total compensation for this role is between $130,000 - $200,000 for work performed in the United States. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include seniority level, experience level, transferable skills, education, location, business needs, training, and market demands. This range may be modified in the futur
