SalarySMASH Co is now interviewing for a VERY driven and disciplined person who will work alongside a very passionate and high performing team. We are looking for a person that can keep everything straight and streamlined and is incredibly detailed and process minded.
The person we are looking for MUST have the ability to create systems and processes that will assist in making the company vision come to life. The rest of the details are below.
Who you have to be:
- Incredibly organized- you are an “integrator” by nature
- Able to build systems and processes that help make the vision come to life
- VERY good with technology (and have the ability to adapt or learn any software quickly)
- An AMAZING wordsmith – you will be handling most executive correspondence
- Willing to work under pressure
- Ability to coordinate and schedule several events
- Highly motivated and energetic
- Ability to travel as necessary
- Ability to coordinate with other team members
- Trustworthy and punctual
- A very consistent person; the same person regardless of whether the pressure is high or low. Things do not overly frustrate/fluster you. You are very calm under pressure.
- Above everything else, communication is priority 1. If all lines of communication are clear, then you know you cannot fail. You stop at NOTHING to make sure things will not fall through the cracks
- Very loyal and dedicated and cannot do anything halfway. Once you are in something, then you fully embrace that something and give it 100%.
