```Duties``` - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives - Provide senior leadership and guidance to the operations team - Manage and oversee all aspects of Operations, including production, logistics, and supply chain management - Drive business development initiatives to expand the company's market presence - Lead and execute projects to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness - Identify and implement process improvement strategies to optimize productivity and reduce costs - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of operational activities - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards ```Requirements``` - Proven experience in operations management or a similar role - Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans - Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of managing high-performing teams - Demonstrated expertise in business development and driving growth initiatives - Proficient in project management methodologies and tools - Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement - Effective communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
