Position: Director of Operations
Job Description:
The Director of Operations is responsible for the overall operation of Stop and Look Cleaning. This individual will be a key member of the team and will be responsible for the following:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of Stop and Look Cleaning.
- Coordinate with the sales team, finance department, and operations to ensure that all sales and operational goals are met.
- Ensure that all sales and operational goals are met by meeting or exceeding established goals.
- Manage customer relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure satisfaction with products, services, and pricing.
- Work with sales staff to ensure the proper flow of orders and deliveries.
- Ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded.
- Manage sales invoices and accounts payable to ensure accurate reporting of revenue, expenses, and cash receipts.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; minimum of 3 years as a Director of operations in a manufacturing environment required.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain production schedules for manufacturing operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that production goals are met by ensuring that all production equipment is properly maintained, operating schedules are followed, inventory is maintained in accordance with established policies, and cost-cutting measures are followed.
- Work with management on company-wide projects as needed to achieve company goals.
- Maintain a positive attitude while dealing with customers, vendors, employees, customers, vendors, suppliers, etc.; remain calm under pressure when dealing with difficult situations.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (Preferred)
