Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Perform time & motion studies to evaluate production standards.

- Analyze material flows, operational flows, and equipment sourcing for efficiencies.

- Lead project teams in designing solutions and preparing proposals.

- Collaborate with various engineering disciplines to apply automation/robotics in improving production.

- Assemble and analyze data from varied sources.

- Conduct complex engineering tasks to support logistics operations.

- Communicate effectively with all levels of management.

- Analyze labor processes and track trends.

- Manage project teams for deployment of technological solutions.

- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Determine capacity planning and productivity rates.

- Design workflows for optimum efficiency.

- Interface with customers and integrators for tactical and strategic planning.

- Lead Lean and other process improvement projects.

- Participate in budget, report, program, and plan development.

Minimum Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- 3+ years of direct experience with distribution automation technology.

- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to travel as needed for business purposes.

The Operations Leader is expected to be present at the warehouse during peak hours, which typically span 10 hours a day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
