Position Summary:
Reporting to and under the guidance and direction of the VP of Human Resources, the Director of Human Resources will be an experienced professional with a strong operational focus. The successful candidate will provide leadership and guidance to the organization's HR operations and will assist in delivering continuous improvements to the Human Ressoources department. The Director of HR is responsible for managing, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant Human Resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals. This role manages programs that will enhance the HR services to include human resource policy, compliance, procedures, communication, and management of related tasks. The successful applicant will have experience with implementing employee relations policy, and conducting and managing neccessary investigations. The Director of HR will have also oversight of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding for both GOLFTEC and SkyTrak.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Human Resources operations aacross multiple companies and locations in multiple states
- Manage employee relations investigations, employee misconduct, resolve ongoing conflicts including addressing concerns and complaints, and conducting investigations as necessary
- Manage and execute programs, policies, and procedures that align with GOLFTEC Enterprises’ goals and strategies related to staffing, retention, compliance, and other HR needs
- Oversee the administration of, but not limited to, compensation, leave of absences, recruiting, recognition, and training and development
- Develop, implement, manage, and continually improve an HRIS system capable of supporting all current and future needs within the organization
- Work closely with the Legal team on Human Resources compliance matters and reporting procedures
- Collaborate on an employee engagement program that supports all corporate and operational leaders across the organization
- Collaborate and work closely with stakeholders of the diversity, equity, and inclusion program
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective communicator at all levels of the organization. Has the ability to express ideas clearly and persuasively, and diplomatic/politically aware as needed
- Proactive and self-starter who approaches responsibilities with the appropriate sense of urgency and is accustomed to working in a lean, dynamic, and growing organization where everyone roles their sleeves up
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- A passion for the game of golf is a strong positive
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Human Recourses experience in a management role or higher
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required
- PHR or SPHR preferred
- Excellent communication skills including strong presentations skills
- Experience with multiple HRIS systems
- Strong knowledge and skills using Microsoft Excel
- This position is located at GOLFTEC Headquarters in Denver, Colorado and is not a remote position
Benefits:
- Base Compensation ranges from $85,000 - $105,000
