Job Description
- Work with CEO and financial team to set financial priorities
- Craft a schedule for financial reviewing and reporting
- Evaluate how new business will affect our financial status
- Draft budgets, prepare forecasts, and solidify our financial strategy
- Report and reconcile any financial variances
- Oversee payroll and accounts receivable and payable
- Complete audits and financial compliance activities
- Collaborate with business partners and department leaders
- Present new financial strategies to executives
- Ensure company compliance at all times
- Assist with and coordinate external and internal auditing
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics
- Minimum of five years of experience in an accounting role
- Minimum of two years of experience in an executive level position
- Experience with all accounting operations
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Thorough understanding of financial regulations (including GAAP)
- Familiarity with common office and accounting software
- Master's in business, accounting, or finance
- CPA
