The Associate Director takes on the responsibility of supervising the organization of technical services and associated functions within the Financial Aid Office. This involves ensuring the seamless operation of the Financial Aid PeopleSoft system and collaborating with the IT department to guarantee the smooth functioning of all processes. Additionally, the Associate Director will play a critical role in supporting the student loan program by overseeing data transmission, addressing system issues, and managing the reconciliation process.
