We are currently seeking an ambitious and highly-skilled sales and marketing professional with a track record of exceptional, transformative management practices. In this role, you will increase productivity, inspire and motivate junior employees, and optimize our company’s market share. Candidates for this role will be creative, charismatic, knowledgeable, and exceptionally well-versed in the latest sales and marketing techniques as well as tried-and-true practices.
Responsibilities:
As a Regional Sales Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
3. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
4. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
5. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
6. Develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
7. Build and form new partnerships with potential clients.
8. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department.
9. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
10. Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasting reports.
11. Ensure the sales team is up-to-date with business targets.
12. Motivate team members to exceed expected goals.
13. Implement strategies to sell the company's product line.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
3. Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director.
4. Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
5. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
6. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
7. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
8. Demonstrated experience in Cold Chain sales, negotiation, sales presentations, Business Development, sales management, new Business Development, and product knowledge.
9. Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
10. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
11. Proficiency in English.
12. Good organizational and time-management skills.
13. A team player with leadership abilities.
14. 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
