As the Director of Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for on time, high impact marketing execution for company branding, advertising, events, and partnerships. Positioned at the center of logistics and creativity, you will be at the center of all marketing for Priority Outdoor Products (Priority Bicycles, Xtracycle, and Brilliant brands), ensuring that marketing initiatives are delivered with quality, on time, and effectively.
Based in Tribeca with an outpost in the SF Bay Area, we feature industry-leading team members, innovative products, and an active lifestyle environment. Your passion for innovative marketing will inspire engagement with new and existing riders, drive impactful content, and cut through the crowded outdoor lifestyle advertising marketplace. Example responsibilities:
· Product Launches: Collaborate with product, creative, and content creators to deliver high-impact launch campaigns.
· Digital Marketing: Track and analyze performance campaigns and develop briefs for growth and optimization.
· Direct Marketing: Schedule and execute messaging on social media and email.
· Events: Strategize and execute live events including rides, tradeshows, or speaking engagements.
· Partnership Marketing: Work with leading brand collaborators and content creators on creative ways to grow visibility.
· Department Reporting: Track/summarize performance for all marketing efforts.
What are some specifics to get excited about? Last year we launched over 8 new bicycle models out of New York and San Francisco, including collabs for leading mental health and suicide awareness non-profits. We were part of events such as the GoProGames in Vail, curated adventure talks in across the country, led rides in Seattle, San Francisco, and New York, and collaborated with brands like DogfishHead Brewery, Jetty Surf, ROVR Coolers, and Marriott Hotels.

Our Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years experience in ecommerce or consumer goods marketing management
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns
- Understanding of performance marketing analytics
- Ability to lead in a collaborative department
- Functional use of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
