As we expand our presence in the Florida and Arizona markets, we are seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to join our team.


Reporting to the VP, Marketing, this role will be instrumental in driving our aggressive expansion goals by spearheading cutting-edge marketing strategies and initiatives for our brands. The Director, Growth Marketing will lead and manage all aspects of our growth campaigns, including: planning, budgeting, staffing, and performance metrics. This position is based in California, with in-state travel and regular travel to Arizona and Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to shape new and growing cannabis markets with a premium brand at the forefront of the cannabis industry.


What You Will Do

Develop and drive the execution of growth-focused marketing strategies, prioritizing campaigns that leverage the brand's premium positioning and align with key financial metrics such as EBITDA growth and revenue generation.

Oversee the launch and management of diverse Growth Marketing campaigns aimed at converting key market opportunities, with a focus on elevating product offerings and brand presence.

Manage budget allocation to fund strategic growth initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources in the roll-out of innovative products and high-impact promotional activities.

Implement a comprehensive reporting framework to measure campaign success against established performance indicators and sales objectives.

Utilize analytics to monitor market conditions, identifying growth through product availability and visibility across distribution channels.

Foster cross-departmental collaboration, across brand team, trade, and sales integrating campaign efforts with in-store activations, community engagement, and digital marketing to create a cohesive growth program.

Support brand teams educational initiatives for both internal teams and external partners, focusing on product knowledge and sales tactics to boost market penetration and sales effectiveness.

  • Exceptional project management abilities, with a track record of delivering complex marketing projects on time and budget.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to inspire and lead a team towards achieving ambitious growth targets.

  • Compensation Description (annually): The salary range for this position in the selected city is $170,000.00 - $190,000.00 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for variable compensation or additional incentives.
