Who We Are:

Logixboard is an industry-leading customer experience platform that enables freight forwarders to deliver a world-class digital experience to their customers. With Logixboard, forwarders can increase revenues and create deeper, more integrated relationships with their customers. 

We are growing our marketing team and are now hiring a Director of Growth Marketing to develop and execute multi-channel campaign strategies that will drive our next phase of revenue growth.

As Director of Growth Marketing at Logixboard, you will act as the ultimate connector of pipeline to our sales team - implementing strategies that acquire net-new prospects, improve brand awareness, and grow existing customers. This role, reporting to the VP of Marketing, will work closely with the broader marketing team, including content, brand, product marketing, and will have a tight partnership with our marketing operations and SDR teams. It requires a candidate with strong leadership skills, creativity, and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial culture.

You will:
    • Develop and deliver a quarterly and annual campaign strategy focusing on hitting top-of-the-funnel acquisition goals and increasing revenue from existing accounts.
    • Oversee and optimize the Growth Marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI
    • Lead and strengthen a team of stellar marketers by inspiring them and pushing them into creating extraordinary programs.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with senior sales and marketing leaders to align teams around our campaign strategy and enable them to turn engagement into pipeline and pipeline into revenue.
    • Improve the efficiency and throughput of the Growth Marketing team and create scalable, predictable, and repeatable demand programs.
    • Partner with Marketing Ops around important metrics, forecasting and pacing, and providing executive leadership with insights and recommendations on performance.
We are looking for:
    • 8+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS with a significant portion of that in demand generation / growth roles
    • Demonstrated track-record of building pipeline in partnership with Sales Development and Sales.
    • Experience with planning and forecasting, and completing a demand and target-account strategy.
    • Experience hiring and coaching/motivating teams to achieve results.
    • Experience with logistics technology is preferred, but not required

    • The salary range for this role is $152,300 - $184,047, plus equity. Where your pay would fall within that range will be based on 1) relevant experience, knowledge, and skills, as demonstrated through the interview process, 2) by considering parity with current LXB team members, and 3) current market data
