Job Description
We seek a Senior Manager - Growth to join the Revenue Growth team at Freshworks. The ideal candidate will own the strategy & execution to convert all free trials and free plan users into paying customers by designing and delivering engagement playbooks within the product. The candidate will leverage and create monetizable surface areas within the Product to convert trial users across 5 products with different personas and life stages. In this role, you will define who we target (user segments), which offers we serve (demos, content, pricing offers, sales-touch), when we serve (moments in the journey), and where we serve (in-product). You’ll work closely with the Product Growth Team, Sales, and teams within Revenue Growth, including Lifecycle marketing, and Growth Analytics, to define, test, and scale monetization opportunities.
The ideal candidate is highly data-driven and has deep experience building and leveraging in-product tactics to drive product adoption and conversion.

What you’ll do at Freshworks:
- Be accountable for the incremental lift in Trial to Paying customer conversion
- Define metrics for in-product engagement and leading indicators of monetization
- Define, own, and manage the performance of marketing surface areas in-product during the 14-day trial period
- Collaborate with Product Growth to build and carve out surface areas within the product to convert current users, both on the free plan and trial, to paying customers.
- Introduce new features and sources of in-product engagement; maintain a high-quality backlog of “ready to implement” features for Roadmapping and Sprint planning
- Partner with Sales to communicate and run experiments, assess feedback, and build rapid learning loops
Qualifications
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 8+ years of experience in Product Growth or Growth marketing for PLG/B2B SaaS organizations; 4+ experience in Product growth in PLG companies
- Startup to scale-up stage experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other testing methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of product tracking and analytics tools such as Heap, Amplitude, etc.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Washington Pay Range: $164,000 - $266,500+ comprising an annual salary & incentive compensation: You may also be eligible for equity and additional generous company benefits.
