Membership Growth Specialist | The Rainier Club

Position Overview:
Join our passionate team as a Membership Specialist and become the bridge between potential members and the extraordinary life they seek.   • This position offers a base salary of $70,000 -75,000 with additional growth potential based on experience and performance.
  • Robust Incentive Opportunities - Earn significant additional income through a comprehensive incentive program.

The Brass Tacks:
  • Develop New Relationships: Develop and execute new outbound sales strategies to drive leads and increase top-of-funnel activity .
  • Uncover Potential: Proactively identify and engage high-caliber leads through phone calls, email campaigns, and community outreach.
  • Nurture Relationships: Develop and execute winning sales strategies to convert leads into loyal members, building trust and exceeding expectations.
  • Curate the Journey: Conduct tailored tours of our exquisite facilities, highlighting amenities and lifestyle benefits with unparalleled knowledge and enthusiasm.
  • Seamless Onboarding: Ensure a smooth transition for new members, fostering their engagement and satisfaction from day one.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Partner with internal teams like Marketing and Operations to create impactful outreach campaigns and prospective member events.
  • Continual Growth: Share best practices, contribute to program improvement, and expand your sales expertise through ongoing training and mentorship.

The Nitty Gritty:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • Background in fundraising and/or major gifting experience is a plus.
  • Magnetic personality with exceptional communication and presentation skills, building rapport and trust effortlessly.
  • Organizational wizard with sharp time management and prioritization skills.
  • Technology savvy with proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Passionate about building genuine connections and exceeding expectations.
  • Driven to achieve ambitious goals and contribute to team success.
  • Four-year college degree preferred, with two years of related experience in hospitality service industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
