What you get to do in this role:
- The Chief of Staff to the Chairman and CEO is a critically important role, enabling the Chairman and CEO to work most effectively with internal and external stakeholders and fulfill commitments to ServiceNow's employees, customers, partners, shareholders, and Board of Directors
- You will help drive the success of the business by handling the day-to-day activities of the Chairman and CEO in partnership with the Office of the Chairman and CEO Team.
- Develop the agenda for weekly executive leadership meetings to ensure that meetings are strategic in nature and move the business forward.
- Attend meetings, capture major take-aways, and work with the leadership team to ensure proper follow up is completed.
- Keep the Chairman and CEO and other stakeholders informed on key accomplishments, issues, and next steps
- Lead and manage the Office of the Chairman and CEO to ensure they are working on the right initiatives and projects to ensure success for the company.
- Act as a liaison between the Chairman and CEO and other company senior executives, to ensure alignment and coordination on a wide variety of cross-functional initiatives
- Work with the Office of the Chairman and CEO team to ensure daily preparation.
- Support the Chairman and CEO with preparation of reports and other communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Anticipate and proactively manage tasks for the Chairman and CEO and work with the Office of the Chairman and CEO team to prepare for external meetings.
- Travel, at times, with the Chairman and CEO to meetings and events outside of our headquarters.
To be successful in this role you have:

- Experience supporting C-Level executives across all functions (sales, marketing, communications, and other functions).

- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to take and give feedback and consistently work to achieve better results.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, with a dependable and consistent work ethic.
- Strong collaboration skills, with an ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
- Builds mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members, the CEO and executive leadership team.
For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $178,900 - $313,100, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
