Are you a visionary with a passion for marketing? Golds Gym SoCal is on an exciting growth trajectory and is in search of a dynamic Marketing Director to propel our business to the next level.
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Director to lead and oversee all aspects of marketing, driving awareness and demand for the Golds Gym SoCal brand across various channels. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of creativity and analytics, with expertise in digital marketing, user experience, SEO/SEM, e-commerce management, social and influencer marketing, digital partnerships, and growth marketing strategies.
Must-Haves:
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing in-house digital marketing teams, implementing loyalty/retention programs, and a deep understanding of advertising technologies. The ability to collaborate cross-functionally, coupled with a passion for identifying unique solutions and staying ahead of consumer trends, is crucial.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree required in Marketing or Business.
- Advanced experience with a certification in HubSpot for designing and implementing email and communication campaigns, and utilization of marketing automation tools (preferred).
- Experience in a multi-unit, chain-based business is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated success in CRM strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).
- Expert proficiency in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing PPC campaigns and understanding of on and off-page search engine optimization strategies.
- Knowledge of email best practices, including subject lines, messaging, segmentation, list management, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM/anti-spam laws.
- Intermediate knowledge and application of social media content strategy.
- Strong working knowledge of web technology and tools, marketing analytics, mobile tools, and marketing automation.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, Flash, PHP, ColdFusion, mobile responsive design, etc.
- Knowledge of all aspects of website management, including best practices for SEO, SEM, website testing practices, and browser compatibility.
