Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: The Spears School of Business is seeking a director to lead the Center for the Future of Work staff team and carry out the strategic objectives of the Center. The director will execute the mission of the center through stakeholder engagement including faculty, external clients, and industry partners.The Center for the Future of Work provides programs and services to enhance organizational development, improve processes and efficiency, and prepare the workforce with the skills needed to meet the demands of the Future of Work. Education & Experience Position Qualifications: Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field and five years of related experience.Experience coordinating and leading training and development programs and conferences for a large organization.Designing and developing innovative programming for targeted organizational needs.Experience working with diverse stakeholders and managing competing expectations at times.Responsibility for managing large budgets and ensuring revenue targets were achieved.Possess a high level of detail orientation to help juggle multiple and often shifting priorities.Experience training and coaching team members.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.Experience as a talent development professional in either corporate function or training environment. Associate professional in talent development (APTD) credential.
