Job Description
Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist
To be successful in this role, you must have strong strategic and analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of paid search and be currently actively facilitating and fulfilling campaigns in these areas. The ideal candidate will have a vast working knowledge in most areas of digital marketing or be willing to learn these additional areas.
Responsibilities:
- Willingness to learn and expand skills in order to assist the digital team’s objectives and meet our clients’ goals
- Build, monitor and execute optimization adjustments to paid search campaigns
- Drive SEM and SEO strategies to achieve clients lead, revenue, budget, and other metric goals
- Monitor campaign budgets
- Audit campaign performance
- Lead analysis and resolve trends using past performance data
- Drive the day-to-day management of the agency’s paid search marketing initiatives
- Run Search Engine budgets & IOs
- Conduct conversion tracking, optimization, and A/B testing
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 2-4+ years of digital optimization experience (e.g., Google Ads, DSP/Display Trading, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, site optimization, etc.)
- Bid management tools experience required
- Strategy development, keyword research, and campaign building experience required
- Intermediate MS Excel (advanced equations and pivot tables) experience required
- Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, and other research/analytics tools experience required
- SEMRush or similar software experience
