The Digital Product Manager is responsible for product direction, development planning, and user analysis related to pharma data products for the team. This position is responsible for working independently and collaboratively with all teams associated with data product development.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
*Work with the team on product strategies, user story creation, user research, providing reporting, analytics and support for Product Managers and business leadership
*Responsible for the development and maintenance of various Operation reports, data sources and documentation
*Define and prioritize business needs: Interact with stakeholders, SMEs, and customer-facing teams to identify needs and prioritize new product features and enhancements. Prioritize user stories and manage product backlog.
*Support strategic roadmap: Provide Product Owner with timely updates to aid in strategic decisions regarding the product. Make feature recommendations and define KPIs for major product enhancements
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 130,000
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience, including 5 years’ experience in software product management roles
- 4+ years of experience with software development lifecycles (SDLC), having owned: development team strategy, process flow creation, requirements gathering, user story creation and refinement, and product testing.
- 4+ years of experience with Agile development (Scrum, IPM, Retrospectives, Backlog Grooming, Requirements Gathering, Acceptance and Evaluation, Brainstorming, Storyboarding, Prototyping, Event Analysis, Business Rule Analysis, Requirements Workshops, Risk Analysis, Root Cause Analysis)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managed care which may include PBM, Pharma, market access, account management, specialty pharmacy, or health plan experience.
- Operational experience with a relevant PBM functions, may include Trade, Invoicing, Negotiations
- Naturally curious with a bias toward proactively identifying and resolving problems.
- Product Manager with business focus who is comfortable with technology and have an aptitude for learning new software programs
- Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering high value features
- Communication skills to interact successfully with business leaders and IT professionals.
- Strong influencing skills and experience working within a balanced team to manage a Digital Product,
- Ability to present information clearly for cross-functional teams and senior leadership is also important.
• Experience in health care which may include PBM, Pharma, specialty pharmacy, health plan, or other healthcare IT experience
• Experience with software development lifecycles, having contributed to estimation (resource planning), capacity planning, requirement gathering, testing framework and strategy, and post implementation review.
• Experience with human centric software design
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Project management experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience - required.
Master's Degree - preferred
