Front of House Restaurant duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers.
- Taking orders in-person and via phone lines.
- Excellent customer service skills required, including patience and a friendly demeanor - always.
- Answering all questions regarding menu and food.
- Assist with seating, service and cleaning dining hall.
- Assists with bussing and running orders in a timely manner.
- Assist with packing and expediting orders when needed.
- Ensuring all orders are filled quickly and accurately.
- Providing attentive service to all diners (refilling drinks as needed, checking their needs during meals, etc).
- Promptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to management if and when necessary.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work flexible work schedules.
- Helps keep front-of-house and back-of-house organized.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
