Digital Marketing Specialist

Principal Duty

TGW North America is currently seeking aDigital Marketing Specialist for the Integrated Systems Division, Sales. In this role, you will work in our North American headquarters in Grand Rapids, MI, and be responsible for developing, planning, and executing our Digital Marketing activities towards the purposes of brand awareness, lead generation, and lead nurturing.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Generate and nurture new leads by developing, executing, and optimizing an automated marketing strategy through CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
• Boost brand awareness and lead generation through the development, management, and optimization of online advertising campaigns
• Manage the TGW North America LinkedIn channel
• Bring to life fresh ideas for digital campaigns and creative content pieces, supported by local and global colleagues
• Build website landing pages and create website articles, supported by local and global colleagues
• Take care of the English (US) language version of our website, with a focus on readability and SEO
• Evaluate the effectiveness of Digital Marketing tactics through data and regular reporting

Requirements Profile

• 3+ years of experience in marketing
• Knowledge of lead generation and lead nurturing strategies
• Highly experienced in digital advertising platforms, including Google and LinkedIn
• Experience with marketing automation through Salesforce, Dynamics, Marketo, or similar
• Experience with website content management systems
• Experience with Google Analytics and/or Google Search Console
• Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere)
• Background in business-to-business marketing preferred
