Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our awareness-generating initiatives to support Quandary Consulting Group (QCG). This talented individual will collaborate with the Vice President of Marketing to understand key objectives while working cross-functionally with other departments such as Sales, Consulting Services, HR, Finance, and Operations. Collaboration will drive continued success and enhance QCG’s performance in the overall marketplace. The specialist will focus on daily marketing initiatives to enhance company awareness, branding, and demand generation for increased sales.
Location: Must be located in Milwaukee, Denver, or Houston; work environment will be remote in one of those areas

Will Report To: Vice President of Marketing
Responsibilities Will Include
- Develop content for targeted social media posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, and X
Manage website content management system (CMS) and make changes as necessary
Design email campaigns and track launch reports measuring impressions, clicks, opens, etc
Design brochures and collateral via Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva as needed
Edit and publish thought leadership including white papers and blog entries to QCG website
Support sales and business development via client research and meeting preparation
Conduct companywide surveys for local awards such as Fastest Growing and Top Workplaces
Support tradeshow logistics with registration, promotional items, and event setup
Event planning and setup for industry tradeshows; promotional item inventory management

What You’ll Bring To The Role
- Must have 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Associate or Marketing Specialist
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Communications
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, etc
Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint
Knowledge of Basic HTML, Email Marketing, Website CMS, and Google Ads & Analytics
Understanding of Marketing Automation and Sales CRM Systems (Salesforce, etc)
Ability to lift 20lbs from ground to waist level for event & tradeshow sponsorships
Experience within IT, Software and/or Consulting is a plus, but is not required
Ability to travel as needed for community events and trade shows

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually
