The Opportunity:

The Digital Marketing Specialist drives Electromed's digital strategy by planning, building and implementing programs and tactics to drive potential users and purchasers to the company website, enhance lead generation, and promote the SmartVest brand online.  As the expert in online advertising, the Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and optimize the company pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, search engine optimization (SEO) strategy and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques targeted towards accelerating Direct to Consumer and Direct to Physician strategies.  The role will drive website optimization, providing monthly analytics and insights surrounding performance and manage Electromed's social media channels.  The Digital Marketing Specialist is a technical marketing thinker who brings best practices and an eye for detail to maximize the company’s digital impact.

 

Job Outcomes You Must Get:

  • Drive Direct to Consumer (DTC) and Direct to Physician (DTP) Digital Marketing strategy through lead generation and top goal conversions.
  • Optimize ROI of paid advertising campaigns using SEO, bid management, keyword research, campaign building and testing.
  • Decide on appropriate placement of ads, monitoring performance, budget, and ROI.
  • Measure digital traffic and report on analytics of ad campaigns and keyword strategies to stakeholders.
  • Maintain website performance with consistent SEO management, focusing on metadata for optimizing top goal conversions and maintaining top keyword performance.
  • Measure and report on website analytics, page performance and KPIs.  
  • Propose and publish Digital Marketing content to align with SEO management.
  • Brainstorm and implement conversion tests.
  • Manage company social media channels and social PPC advertising.
  • Report on competitor online presence.

 

 

Job Outcomes Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field
  • 3+ years experience with digital advertising and PPC management
  • Proven experience with SEO, keyword research and content strategy
  • Experience managing Social Media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Prior medical device experience or marketing within the healthcare field a plus
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of website content management systems (WordPress)
  • Experience with CRM platforms for lead generation and lead management
  • Google Ads/Google Analytics certification desired
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage several projects at once
