Now, you’re probably wondering a little more about what we are looking for, so here it is:

• High School Diploma or GED – Required
• 1+ years of experience related to digital marketing - Preferred
• Basic knowledge of basic computer programs, specifically Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient knowledge of design software programs
• Proficient knowledge of office procedures and arithmetic
• Proficient knowledge of the English Language structure and it’s spelling, grammar, punctuation
• Basic skill in editing documents for correct grammar
• Basic skill in talking to others to convey information effectively
• Basic skill in completing assignments accurately and efficiently and with attention to detail
• Basic skill in ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously

• Effectively manage campaigns and marketing efforts to generate measurable results
• Direct and execute email campaigns, direct mailings and newsletters
• Support in planning and coordinating email campaigns related to seminars, meetings and events
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date understanding of trends, best practices, and prevailing attitudes and approaches
• Assist in customer service calls
• Entry level role with a primary focus on email marketing campaigns.
• Designing and implementing custom email marketing campaigns using Gradient-approved templates.
• Creating and distributing branded newsletters.
• Developing skills in branding awareness, digital creatives, and social media management.
• Beginning training in basic design services, enhancing digital presence, and analytics.
• Learning to assist in content creation for social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with a focus on brand consistency and audience engagement.
