This position works in a team environment to provide operational and customer support for all Digital Banking and treasury management products and services. A high level of customer service, attention to detail, technical and problem-solving skills are required to provide quality service. Products and services supported include but are not limited to: Retail and Business Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, ACH, Wire Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, and Lockbox.
Responsibilities:
- Provides superior support to bank staff and customers by demonstrating product knowledge of all digital and treasury management products and services.
- Ensures successful onboarding of all digital and treasury management products and services.
- Responsible for handling incoming calls, responding to email requests and help desk tickets from customers and bankers.
- Provide proper escalation of system issues impacting online and treasury management products.
- Build and maintain online access for Business Online Banking and Treasury Management services.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively across all business lines.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma required.
- Minimum of two years related experience in retail or business banking, data entry, Digital Banking, bank operations or treasury management support.
- Fiserv Premier banking system preferred.
