JOB SUMMARY:
Primary responsibilities include planning, activating, and measuring campaigns across owned marketing channels for all BBQ Holdings brands. Qualified candidates should be self-starters who are performance-driven and have a keen sense of curosity. Above all, they must possess extreme attention to detail, organizational skills, creative problem solving skills, analytical skills, and time management. This individual should be flexible, eager to grow, and willing to adapt to an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Responsible for timely execution of Digital Marketing initiatives and programs.
• Works closely with the design team and analytics team to execute Email, SMS, and Loyalty/rewards campaigns across all brands. Involvement with additional marketing channels required periodically.
• Schedules, reviews, edits, and approves email and SMS campaigns for various brands, both corporate and franchise.
• Assists with email journeys and marketing automation campaigns.
• Teams up with Marketing managers to brief and copywrite for various campaigns.
• Stays up to date with current trends in the Digital Marketing space.
• Assists Marketing Analytics team with email, sms, and loyalty campaign data and provides recommendations for future campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, technical, or analytical field; experience may be substitued for part of preferred educational qualifications as appropriate.
• Experience:
o 2-3 years of related experience preferred, but not required.
o Familiarity with basic Microsoft Excel conecpts preferred, but not required.
o Familiarity with CRM, Engagement, and/or Marketing Automation plaftorms preferred.
• Skills/Competencies/Certifications:
o Ability to work well within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
o Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills for interface with individuals of differing knowledge levels
o Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills
o Ability to manage and execute digital plans for multiple brands
o Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests
o Must be self-motivated with strong initiative to learn, and a self-starter that is able to deal with abstract and non-routine issues
o Ability to work in a team-orientated, collaborative environment
