Our marketing team has recently launched a new website and global brand update. Now we are on a mission to optimize marketing's impact on the business while developing content and new methods to add value. The Content and Digital Marketing Specialist role is key to becoming a data driven and customer focused B2B marketing team that contributes to PAR's roadmap for continued growth.

This hybrid position will create and publish written and visual content to support marketing initiatives, plan Digital Marketing campaigns across multiple channels, optimize initiatives to improve performance, and communicate results to company leaders. If you are intellectually curious, fascinated by innovation, and a self-starter that wants to make a broad impact on a growing team, this is the role for you.

 

Success Criteria

From lead generation to customer retention campaigns across various platforms, your ability to craft effective content that aligns with our technologies and capabilities will be pivotal to your success. Whether it’s crafting compelling web pages and sales collateral, engaging social media posts, informative blogs, or coordinating impactful industry conferences and events, you’ll ensure every piece of content resonates with the target audience.

 

Your meticulous attention to detail and passion for promoting our capabilities, products and services will not only deepen relationships with existing customers but also attract new ones, all in alignment with the overarching business objectives. Quality is paramount to what you bring to this role, bringing a to life consistency, clarity, accuracy, and readability in how we professionally promote the brand of PAR Systems.  Ever the analytics enthusiast, you see beyond just the activities we do to promote our brand by creating and optimizing campaigns. You are armed with data-driven insights that inform decisions to propel the marketing strategy forward and keep prospects engaged until they are ready to make a purchase.

 

Collaboration is core to what you do, working seamlessly with marketing leaders and internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive marketing and communications plans. This collaboration extends to how you write, edit, and format a variety of marketing communications tailored for both external and internal audiences. Lastly, you recognize the importance of understanding the audience and can analyze specific needs and respond with targeted key messages.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, engineering, or related field
  • Technical aptitude and intellectual curiosity to market highly complex systems and capabilities to diverse audiences
  • 4+ years of professional work experience in marketing or communications, B2B preferred
  • General copywriting, editing, and verbal communication skills, including knowledge of best practices in writing effective copy for web, email, and social media
  • Demonstrated creativity in developing effective technical content for customer, business, and internal audiences
  • Working knowledge of social media strategies to grow engagement
  • Data analysis skills to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance
  • General understanding of effective document design and visual storytelling
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing platforms including customer relationship management (CRM) systems (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (Pardot), Google Analytics, and WordPress
  • US Person
