The Site Digital Technology Lead performs the role of overall coordination of IT operations and account management for Site business leadership team, ensuring continuous alignment of IT and business goals, providing business-enabling solutions in line with IT strategy.

The Site Digital Technology Lead ensures compliance of all IT projects & IT activities undertaken in Site, smooth operations of IT systems utilized by Site and provides necessary IT assistance to Site employees.

Having overall accountability of Site IT operations, the Site IT Lead ensures proper cooperation with all IT functional teams that are providing services to the Site in a safe and compliant environment.

Key Tasks:

  • Ensures and promotes collaboration with other IT divisions as well as parts of our Company's business, both locally and globally, to break-down organizational boundaries in favor of a highly-collaborative and customer-centric culture.

  • Drives continuous improvement and innovation, develops and outside-in view based on cross-industry networking

  • Ensures and is able to demonstrate full compliance of functional area IT systems and processes in line with company and applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Is IT Single Point of Contact/Accountability for the Site, providing business stakeholders necessary feedback and input for business projects and IT operations

  • Defines IT capabilities and services necessary for enablement of Site operations and ensures their implementation.

  • Supports site integrated process teams in designing and implementing site production capabilities.

  • Ensures smooth daily operations of all Site IT systems and infrastructure

  • Takes ownership of business cases creation, gathering business requirements, Software Development Life Cycle documentation, project management, and incident management

  • Is responsible for Site IT budget planning and realization

  • Where necessary leads the validation process of IT systems utilized in Site

  • Leads IT hardware and systems implementation at the new site, as well as supports projects for the implementation of the different manufacturing platforms.

  • Manages vendors of the IT solutions and IT infrastructure

  • Responsible for the compliance and inspection readiness of IT systems at the site.

  • Ensures Software Development Life Cycle and Computer System Validation compliance according to our Company's guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required. Advanced degree preferred.

  • The candidate should have 3+ years experience as a site IT primary contact.

  • Demonstrated background knowledge of healthcare manufacturing processes preferred.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
