Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities.
Content Development:
- Create compelling and engaging content for various channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams and industry experts to generate valuable and relevant content.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee Digital Marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media paid and organic campaigns.
- Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of Digital Marketing strategies and optimize performance.
- Manage social media consultants, engagement and reply to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Create video scripts for CEO to record weekly for social media or business development.
Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and communication materials
Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing initiatives, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within budget, and aligned with the company's standards of excellence.
- Manage any paid ads and help with content creation and messaging
Lead Generation:
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement lead generation campaigns.
- Track and analyze lead generation metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Conducts sales and intake calls as necessary.
Event Support and Management:
- Plan and coordinate events, including webinars, conferences, workshops, and live events.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years work experience in the marketing field
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Zoom, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
- Experience in copywriting.
- Experience with graphic design programs such as Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.
- Familiarity with video editing.
- Proven experience in marketing management and a track record for leading successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing trends and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
