Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our e-commerce and digital programs.
- Collaborate closely with partner teams, including business owners, engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and research.
- Drive experimentation and testing to enhance product discovery and functionality.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and satisfaction to drive product enhancements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Create personal and team development plans to foster continuous evolution in Product Management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading Product Management work in e-commerce, retail/grocery, omni-channel experiences, or consumer-facing applications with a large user base.
- Demonstrated experience in scaling and operating products that reach millions of customers and maintain high transaction volume.
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with design, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams.
- A track record of leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
